You have 10 days to return a defective product.
In the case of a defective product, we will cover shipping. A new product will be ordered on a Warrantee basis from the supplier.
Returning a non-defective product, or a product out of the 10 day period will attract a restocking fee of 20% plus shipping costs.
Your refund will be processed via EFT.
Unfortunately some products do take a while to be shipped/imported to RSA. Customs and SAPS can hinder this process further. Canceling an order before it arrives will carry a cancelation fee of 15%.
While we do our very best to get your products to you in the shortest amount of time. Sometimes that is not always possible when ordering from multiple suppliers. Our business is still new and therefore we cannot carry everything in stock. Your order will be bundled and everything will be sent together once we have your order packed. To make up for this almost all of our orders are sent "over night", we do try our best to get it to you as quickly as possible.
Should you wish for us to send what we have in stock, please drop us a mail and we can meet in the middle to split the additional shipping fee.

Coupon codes cannot be applied to items that are already on sale.
Imported Product Policy:
In order to provide you with the great products we do, in some cases we have to source them internationally. This process can take some time. Therefore please check with us on info @ impactproshop.net if your item is in stock. Items this applies to: MDT, WCD, SAP & Alpha Munitions.
Firearm Sale Policy:
We have partnered with Bullet Central Africa (SAPS Dealer Code 100 562) as our preferred gunsmith. All firearm transactions are handled by the Bullet Central Team. Our Competency to Trade in Firearms (C7878256).
Custom Rifle Builds:
All rifles are built and assembled in the USA and imported to South Africa. We require 50% deposit to start your build process, the remainder of the fee is payable once your firearm arrives in South Africa. Canceling a build will result in a 15% fee, on refusal of a license we will do a refund with a 5% fee if you have exhausted all available appeal options.
