Raptor Tuner

The Raptor tuner has been developed to add even more performance to our Raptor muzzle brakes. Tuners are used to control and manipulate barrel harmonics, also sometimes called barrel whip.
By adjusting the tuner in small increments, you can set exactly at which point the bullet leaves the muzzle. The idea is to have the bullet leave the muzzle when there is minimal movement in the barrel, thus decreasing the unpredictability that a whipping barrel will have on group size.
Tuners can be used to “tune” your rifle to shoot factory reloads more precisely or tune exciting reloads to shoot even tighter.

Included in the Tuner is the Tuner Body & the Insert. Muzzle devices are sold separately.
The Raptor Tuners can accommodate barrels up to 25mm (0.984″).
The Raptor tuners were designed to work with APW Raptor Brakes.
Standard Tuner (4/5 Port Raptors) = 27.5mm. Large (Monster Raptor) = 33mm.
Our tuners have undergone meticulous engineering to ensure seamless compatibility specifically with our Raptor muzzle brakes. We highly recommend using them exclusively with our Raptor brakes. It is crucial to understand that utilizing the tuner with any silencer or suppressor will result in the warranty being voided.
It’s important to note that tuners have an impact on barrel harmonics, but they cannot perform miracles. While a tuner can help optimize the performance of your rifle, it cannot magically transform a 3MOA (Minute of Angle) load into a 0.3MOA load. Its influence on accuracy is limited within certain parameters.
