You have 10 days to return a defective product.
In the case of a defective product, we will cover shipping. A new product will be ordered on a Warrantee basis from the supplier.
In order to process a return, products need to be still in their original packaging and unused.
Returning a non-defective product, or a product out of the 10 day period will attract a restocking fee of 20% plus shipping costs.
We do our best to carry as much stock as we can, however in some cases we need to order from a suppliers. Once we have loaded a collection with our courier providers, we unfortunately don’t have direct control of the logistics of your parcel. We do have insurance on items sent via couriers (subject to limits) in the case that a parcel should go missing. Please email us should you wish to purchase additional insurance for parcels exceeding R100,000.00 in value.
This is possible, it is however up to the client to insure the items ordered can indeed be imported into your respective country and get any permits you might need. Some countries have a ban or restriction on certain items: – for example a suppressors cannot be imported into the USA. Please do your own research as we cannot take responsibility for items being seized by customs in your country.

When you see the above message when adding a item to your cart, this means we need to order it in and it’s not currently in stock. Sometimes this can cause a delay on your order.
Cancellation / Restocking Policy:
Cancelling an order incurs a restocking fee of 15%.
