Membership Discounts & Coupon Policy

  • Members automatically receive a discount based on their tier at the time of purchase.

  • Discounts cannot be combined and do not apply to sale items.

  • If a discount doesn’t apply correctly, just contact us and we’ll fix it right away.

  • Very rarely, website errors may cause a coupon to apply incorrectly. If this happens, we’ll reach out and either correct the order or cancel it if needed.

(Our goal is always to make sure you get the right discount without any hassles!)

Returns Policy:

You have 10 days to return a defective product.
In the case of a defective product, we will cover shipping. A new product will be ordered on a Warrantee basis from the supplier. In order to process a return, products need to be still in their original packaging and unused.

Returning a non-defective product, or a product out of the 10 day period will attract a restocking fee of 20% plus shipping costs.

Shipping Policy:

We do our best to carry as much stock as we can, however in some cases we need to order from a suppliers. Once we have loaded a collection with our courier providers, we unfortunately don’t have direct control of the logistics of your parcel. Please email us should you wish to purchase additional insurance for parcels exceeding R20,000.00 in value.

Account payment Policy:

All orders are processed on the basis that the customer’s account remains in good standing. Impact Proshop reserves the right to suspend or withhold delivery of any goods — including goods already paid for but not yet delivered — if any amount is overdue on the customer’s account.

International Shipping Policy

We offer international shipping; however, it is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the items ordered can legally be imported into their respective country. This includes obtaining any necessary permits or licenses required by local authorities.

Certain countries have restrictions or outright bans on specific products—for example, suppressors cannot be imported into the USA. We strongly advise conducting thorough research before placing an order, as we do not take responsibilityfor items seized by customs.

As the buyer, you are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by your country. Additionally, by completing your purchase, you acknowledge that if an item cannot be delivered due to import restrictions or customs issues, you assume full responsibility for the risk and any financial losses incurred.

Guarantee / Warrantee

Each of our suppliers offers their own individual guarantees and warranties for their products. While we are here to provide assistance with any issues that may arise, it is essential that you take the time to acquaint yourself with the specific terms and conditions associated with each product you purchase from our suppliers.

Pricing Policy

We strive to ensure that all pricing on our website is accurate. However, occasional errors may occur, especially as we operate a multi-currency platform. If a price seems too good to be true, it may be a mistake. We encourage you to contact us before placing an order if you have any doubts about pricing.

We reserve the right to cancel any order affected by a pricing error. In such cases, you will be refunded in accordance with our refund policy.

Refunds Policy:

If you require a refund for any reason (including where a restocking fee applies), we can process refunds via Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) for customers based in South Africa. For all international orders, refunds will be issued exclusively through PayPal to a valid PayPal address, less any applicable fees.

Available On Order:

When you see the above message when adding a item to your cart, this means we need to order it in and it’s not currently in stock. Sometimes this can cause a delay on your order.

Some suppliers may need to manufacture your order, in South Africa manufacturing times are heavily influenced by laodshedding. Please be patient while your items are being crafted.

Cancellation / Restocking Policy:

Cancelling an order incurs a restocking fee of 15%.
