The Henderson ELR carriage is designed to be used with larger collets #5 and #6 that will handle 338, 45-70 and 375 Cheytac only. These Brown & Sharpe‑style collets clamp the cartridge case by the rim, fitting inside the trimmer’s ELR (Extreme Long Range) carriage. They allow the case to remain securely positioned during trimming, regardless of rim diameter variations, thanks to their stepped, tapered design.

We ship the ELR Carriage with your choice of collet #5 or #6, or with both.

Description

Collet #5 has an internal diameter of 0.605″ (1.5cm) & fits cartridges such as 300 Norma Mag, 338 Lapua, 33 XC, and 37 XC.

Collet #6 has an internal diameter of 0.640″ (1.6cm) & is designed for larger calibres such as .375 Cheytac, .416 Hell Fire, and .458 Vestal.

Note: The ELR carriage will not work with the standard collets #1 – #4
